Stampin’ Up!™ does not take orders for products that are not in stock. In other words, Stampin’ Up!™ does not accept backorders.

This helps to reduce frustrations from unpredictable product availability and allows you to order products that will be delivered right away, rather than products that may not be delivered for months. If you’d ever like to know if a product is available, please check here to go to my online store. The online store is a great resource to browse products, determine availability, and place orders for in-stock items with me.  Or, you can check the list below which I update often. Please note that this list was last updated on Friday, July 17.

If a product is currently Not Orderable when you try to add it to your shopping cart, a box will appear above the product detail where you can request an email notification when/if the product returns.  If you are logged in, your email address will automatically populate, with the option to edit it if needed.  After your preferred email address is entered, check the box to agree to receive the notification email, then click “Notify Me.”  You will then receive a confirmation email that includes the item number and name of the product you signed up to be notified about.  If you change your mind, you can click the unsubscribe button in the confirmation email and it will unsubscribe you only from that specific product notification.  When/if the product becomes available, you will receive a single email notifying you it’s back in stock.  The email will include the item number, name, and an image of the product.  If the product sells out again, you will need to sign up again to be notified when/if it returns.

Items that are retiring are listed in the Online Store under Last Chance Products (here).  Retiring items that are no longer in stock can no longer be ordered at all.  Items that are not retiring but are no longer in stock will be put on Not Orderable status and can not be ordered again until Stampin’ Up!™ has had the chance to replenish inventory of that item.

Plus, Stampin’ Up!™ has just let us know about four products that are now ONLY available while supplies last. Stampin’ Up!™ typically moves products to the Last Chance list every other month (February, April, June, August, October, December). The next scheduled Last Chance list transition is on August 4. Occasionally, however, products may become unavailable before making the transition.

Stampin’ Up!™ currently has four products that may sell out before the August Last Chance move and are now available only while supplies last. Depending on your market, one or more of these products may have already sold out.

Unfortunately, demand for these products has exceeded their ability to maintain inventory while also preparing products for the September release. Stampin’ Up!™ also recognizes that Everyday Borders Accents and Gilded Wings Accents are new products and that this type of limited availability is unusual, which may be especially disappointing.
