Fragrant Layers Spring Flowers Shimmer

I made this soft, shimmery card using the Fragrant Layers Set to send to my sister-in-law for Easter. It would also work for lots of other occasions.

Uses Fragrant Layers Photopolymer Stamp Set and Sunshine & Tulips Photopolymer Stamp Set plus Flower Accents, Take Your Pick, Paper Trimmer, Stampin’ Pierce Mat, Clear Block B, Clear Block E, Clear Block H, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Stampin’ Seal, Multipurpose Liquid Glue, Mini Glue Dots, Tear & Tape Adhesive, Tiny Bee Trinkets, Basic White Cardstock, Lemon Lolly Classic Stampin’ Pad, Soft Sea Foam Classic Stampin’ Pad, Lost Lagoon Classic Stampin’ Pad, Bubble Bath Cardstock, Bubble Bath Classic Stampin’ Pad, Bubble Bath Stampin’ Blends Combo Pack, Bubble Bath 1/8″ Faux Linen Ribbon, Pastels Shimmer 12″ x 12″ Specialty Paper, and scissors.
