I used the Layered Thoughts Set from the big catalog and the Swirled Designs Set from the Online Exclusives plus a sneak peek bundle from the upcoming March Online Exclusives to make this quick and easy birthday card for my cousin.

Since Cloud Cover is not available as a regular ink pad, you can easily make your own using an Uninked Stampin’ Spot and some Cloud Cover Classic Stampin’ Ink Refill.
