Each year, I run a Retirement List Contest where I challenge my customers to list 20 stamp sets from the annual catalog they think will retire. The best guesser gets a $10 coupon to use with me on a purchase from the new annual catalog when it goes live. Everyone who participates also gets an embellishment sampler from the new catalog from me once I'm able to order some of the new embellishments.
